Away scoring

I think people shouldn't take it too far when they apply rules. There is a purpose for every rule, and it is fair to say purpose of current rule is not to keep someone from scoring in point away manner. I see no problem if someone wants to score in points away manner, and would allow it.

Here is one story where, in my opinion, one player took rules too far. Two players spoke in a tournament room in their native language. They were neither playing nor watching someone playing. For whatever reason someone didn't like it and said, "You cannot speak foreign language in the tournament room". What would be your answer?: 1. Appologies. We will speak in English now. 2. Really? Let's ask TD for a rulling. 3. I will speak any languagr I want.
