OLM update

I think it's better to express gratitude too often rather than not enough. Thanks, Jason, for your considerable effort both on this OLM and the USBGF one. I know you enjoy teaching (math) and you do a great service in this capacity with the OLM's.

Regarding changes, I certainly have enjoyed the format that has been in use. This is the way I play 99% of the time (e.g. at ABT events and at the local club) and "practice makes perfect". :)

I'm going to try and recruit a new member or two, particularly with the loss of Koca and Clapsadle. (But I see two have already requested to join -- so that is good.)

As far as captaincy, I'm very pleased with all the work TaperMike has put in, both as an individual (equal vote) and particularly in his analysis (of the plays) and synthesis (of the votes/opinions) when our side has a consultation. Under the condition he still would like to continue that non-trivial role I'm 100% in favor.
