Granted, he kept rolling the dice and moving his checkers, but, as he had not hit his clock after the first roll and move, all subsequent ones could be found to just be shuffling the checkers around and wasting time on his move. Indeed, had he suddenly hit his clock after a few rolls, LEGALLY he should have to put his checkers back to the final position of the first move as all the rest were illegal (I assume there is a first-order rule saying that one can only roll and move once per turn.) As it was, the clock ran out on his turn and that should have been the match.

Assuming that your "first-order" rule is correct. What have I missed, Bob Koca?
