EUBGF rules makers and TDs; comment please about headphones.

"(iii) HEADPHONES - While a match is in progress, a player is permitted to use headphones if the opponent accepts this, such acceptance not to be unreasonably withheld. The Tournament Director may revoke such acceptance at any time."

What counts as being unreasonably withheld? As examples:

i) I do not have noise cancelling headphones and opponent would have an unfair advantage.

ii) I think it diminishes the experience of backgammon which should be a collegial game.

iii) I think opponent is using it to cheat by playing MEQ table recordings or is getting secret advice from an accomplice.
