Personally I'd be clearing the 13 point in both situations. But If I have to choose, I'd clear it in the bottom position since my opponent has a stacked midpoint and will likely be there for awhile. No sense in sticking around there. We're up more than enough in the race, just come down and start bearing in. The top position we are still blocking his double 6's which would give him the lead in the race.
