Another Rule 1.5 interpretation problem

In Response To: Another Rule 1.5 interpretation problem (Bob Koca)

I think it can only be seen as a violation if we were to standardize the way one is supposed to keep score. If there was a scoring conflict the TD would have no problem understanding either method of score keeping so I'm not sure if there's anything wrong with it. Again, the rule states:

1.5 AIDS. Once a match is in progress, players shall not use written, mechanical or electronic aids except to keep score.
