I can't agree more with Matt; practice practice and practice.

I recommand you to know some basics by heart it will save you time and energy. exemple closed board is 42 2 on 6,5 and 4 is 30 2 on 8 and 7 is 30 2 back men+4 on mid is 100 etc...
