"Also note that everyone doesn't always have a chance to buy back. Take this weekend in New Jersey. They had 51 players and allowed 13 buybacks. So if you were the 14th player wanting to reenter, you were out of luck"

Should someone be allowed to buy back twice if others did not have the opportunity to do so? Many matches would probably be ending very soon.
