I question the following information that Tim copied from "View Statistics":

White wins single:

4-cube: 780, 8-cube: 2022

Blue wins single:

4-cube: 9037, 8-cube: 3713

If it's correct that there were "780 games in which White redoubled [to 8] and Blue passed" then there were ZERO GAMES that were played to a conclusion with the cube at 4 that white won. It's very hard to believe that in 15552 trials there wasn't at least one game where, for example, white never had a re-cube to 8, but won the game with the cube at 4 by rolling a doublet on the final roll.
