I think this is an excellent example of how the best opening players use rollouts, but are actually building understanding of what is happening at the same time. And, the latter is actually driving many move choices. Many see the difference between the 41S preference and the 21$ preference as being unknown, hidden in the incomprehendibly large move tree in a way that can't be understood. Those who have actually studyied the opening see reasons for these preferences which are not easily chased away by small movements in the latest rollouts.

I could be convinced that 21S is the better play. But, that will only happen if my understanding of the underlying twenty-one replies changes significantly. For now, I stand with Stick.
