Random seeds may not be random anymore

Ok, it seems like most of the questions you guys are asking you could figure out yourself via trial and error so I'm going to try to do just that. I'd like to note that I just updated today to the newest version and in the old version I had random seed selected as my default but it did not export which seed number was used after a rollout. When I made the switch to the newest update my seed was no longer marked as seed 0 however every instantiation of XG that I opened gave me a different seed number when I checked options >> settings >> rollouts so the program clearly sees it as still being set to 0 and assigns a new seed every time, which is fine.
To add onto that I eventually opened another instantiation of XG and set the seed back to random or seed 0. I then performed a rollout and it told me what seed number was used. I had saved the seed 0 or random seed as my default so again I opened another instantiation of XG and it provided me with a different seed number in settings >> options >> rollouts.
Short version, yes, setting seed 0 or random seed does give you a different seed number in every new instance of XG that is opened. Also, after using one of the random seed rollouts I again opened a new instance of XG and put in the same position but this time switched the seed number to one that I'd already used and rolled that out the same number of trials. Short version, using the same seed number will produce the same results.
