PR differencies and winning ratios

after played 59 matches (in 3 season) in the league I won 32 of them. which means %54. only 3-4 players play well and play between 7-8 PR I guess and interestingly they are always on the top of the list with a winning ratio of over %75. None of them can use cube efficiently since it is new for them. My expectation of the average PR is 11 (may be higher).

I expect to win %70 or over but result is %54 and I dont understand why dices dont like me. In many of matches I couldnt do anything, just sit and watching opp's playing. I really bored to play BG since I dont get the results which I deserves bec. of may knowledge. Should I stop BG and return to chess?

5 PR difference and %66 expecting winning ratio is too low I think. If I remember correctly at chess, a player 100 elo higher (3 PR difference at BG) than opp winning ratio is %75, in BG it is %60 I guess, so why do we play this game? Why should I study and decrease PR, since dices are the major factor? Does these ratios deserves to study to decrease PR? How can we sure to take results which we deserve?
