In Response To: Gammon Go (GG) and Gammon Save (GS) Considerations (Rick Janowski)

To what extent do your statements (1), (2), and (3) remain true if "GG+" and "GS+" are replaced by "GG" and "GS" respectively?

Note that an obvious class of exceptions to (1) and (2) consists of positions in which backgammons are important.
