In Response To: Excellent Variation to play for Money and maybe for Match Play (phil simborg)

At what match length would a stronger player playing against a weaker prefer playing a cubeless game? I would think that in a three point match an expert would prefer to play without a cube, but when would the superior cube play of the expert outweigh the advantage gained from more checker play in a cubeless match?
