Thanks, Chuck.

I try to have a light touch. As captain, I have the right overrule the team in a consultation, but I have only felt the need on one occasion. Fortunately, on that vote, the team came around to my perspective, so even then, I was able to go with the majority. On anything close, I am happy to subjugate my own opinion and follow the wishes of the group mind.

My biggest job is just to listen.
