If we are to succeed, there is no room for egotistical infighting.

That's the absolutely most important issue at hand. Who want's to be around a bunch of people arguing with each other over old shit-NOBODY

What ever motivates people to participation in BG isn't the REAL issue, keeping them involved IS the real issue, customer retention is what separates the men form the boys in this world.

New people ain't gonna stick around if they see a bunch of people bitching and moaning about senseless drama from the past. That's basic human nature.You don't go on a first date with bat breath. Well if BG has bad breath then it wont have many 2nd dates. Everyone here is smart enough to see where i'm going with this.
