I disagree, Jeb. Perhaps it is all semantics, perhaps I didn't explain it clearly. Certainly, something was done; however, many issues -- the larger questions, as you frame them -- remain. By doing some little bit of something there is a danger that some assume that nothing else needed to be done and that all is now okay. Obviously, that is not the case.

Again, as I said earlier, were the revised list to have been the original list, the outrage would have been just the same. Nothing has really changed except, to some, the implication now exists that nothing else was awry and nothing else needs to be done. Nothing could be further from the truth.

So, in that sense, I feel my statement is accurate -- the revision is worse than having done nothing at all.
