XG 'Book' Moves - authoritative?

I have an educated guess/theory on this.

XG is telling you the equity of playing 22/18 from the opening book due to it being the same as 31p-63.

XG is not suggesting that it is or ever was the right play, just that the equity of the position is what it says and the source for the info is the opening book.

Some evidence that I have for this theory is that I get the same message for a correct 31p-63 played 24/18 13/10, that David Rockwell rolled it out on 4/30/10.
