I lift this one.

I think as much as you want to leave it in there to get your efficient redouble in, you have to think more about what gives you the efficient redouble. You get it when you have 1 or 2 checkers off, does it matter if its open or not at that time? Not in my mind.

Another major consideration here, you are running the only covering checker around the board - its quite tricky to make him land on that point. Ultimately, if you fail to drop him right in the 6pt, you will lift, and you will put the runner somewhere else, so what have you gained? A whole bunch of risk associated with trying to make your 6pt, thats it.

So, lift it, and bide your time. Also, dont get hit. You are almost at a point where you have this game won.
