Bill, again, you miss my point. You are entitled to your opinion. You could have sent me your opinion or expressed it privately to others if you wanted to.

But stating your opinion publicly in response to a plea we made for support, which undermines that very support we were hoping to get from others, is not a “productive” way to express your opinion. All it does is discourage people from donating to our project or helping us in the project.

Whether you agree with what we’re doing or not, you seem to recognize that we are attempting to do something good, and your comments, at that place and time, absolutely hurt and undermine our efforts. Can’t you understand that your personal opinion might not be the same as our, or others, or the kids playing backgammon? Can’t you understand that your need to express yourself is not always as important as what other people are doing or trying to do?
