I'm sure. The most tangible exploit might be how an opponent plays replies to opening rolls. If, for example, I see in all these matches that he makes mistakes following a 43D but not after a 43Z then I would clearly adjust my play accordingly. This is only one small example but other larger ones clearly exist the most useful of which would be his cube tendencies.
