Yes, when itīs something official, related to the tournament program, the TD can prevent these things.

I was talking about private side-games, chouettes, etc, happening frequently during a tournament, maybe in the playing room, or maybe somewhere in the lobby of the venue. No matter where it happens, if a player is torn apart, we lose him for tournaments and probably for the future of the game.
