Game play rules checklist

Our small club has players of differing rule preferences, e.g., some like Jacoby, some don't. Instead of coming up with a set of "club rules", we prefer to have players pick their own.

I am trying to put together a checklist of common rules which people can adopt or not as they play. The checklist follows (minus formatting).

Will appreciate suggestions on rules that should be included.
