Is it really so obvious that the Crawford rule is not used in a one point match?

It could nake a difference. Suppose a player wants to get a pipcount, if there is no Crawford rule he could maybe get the count he wants, then double and get the delay back. ABT rules specifically say this is illegal because the cube is currently at a high enough level to guarantee the match ends but do other rule sets say that? If not it comes down to whether the only game in a one point match is the Crawford game which it clearly is if Crawford rule is being used.
