Publishing matches

In Response To: MCG's 0.99 PR match (Timothy Chow)

This is not specifically directed at Bill or his tournament but TDs, players, and tournaments in general.

While I have no problem with any of my matches being posted/published, what should be a necessary and sometimes overlooked first step is first e-mailing the match to the participants. It annoys me when I am unable to look over a match I played.
