In any case, best to give the regulator more time to react to your message. Try approaching them 3 or 4 times, and given them two weeks before sending the next message... regulators need time (of course it would be smart of them to acknowledge receipt of your message, say that they are working on it, and give an indication about when you could receive an answer; you could ask for that). I also suggest that you make copies of whatever you submit, and at some point do not use forms anymore, but start using e-mail correspondence and snail mail.
