It is strange that you have received no help from the regulator. I can see that they license some big bookmakers and online casinos also.

Did you use the form on their website, or did you just contact them directly via mail? How long ago and how many attempts?

Hiring a lawyer seems unlikely to be worth the cost and the effort imo.
