Rod, do you really believe that catering backgammon to the masses as a game of chance will raise a new generation of tournament players? I think it would instead bring backgammon down to the level of a meaningless social game like monopoly.

Since the bot revolution era the gambling aspect of backgammon took a huge hit. Don't try to bring it back artificially, it won't work. The king is dead. Long live the king?
