That's true. Thanks for the correction. Since it's true, it means that while 13/3* 7/2(2) gives 2/36 extra hits, they (3-1) force Opponent to break his own 2 point, bar/22* 2/1. From the bar, you still win about 40% of these games. So we could say that the best play only gives about 1.2 in 36 more effective hits, not 2.
