Barry,

I respectfully submit that your using an old rule set....Nov 2012. We copied from the June 2013 version with Pat Gibson edits for rule 6-1. The link in my other post. Maybe someone from LA can state whether this variant is working well there.

The other difference between our local clubs is we have kept the rest of the rules that are published by Bill Davis and choose not to use the full Simborg, etc. rule set at this time.
