I tottally agree with your words Phil but i also will add that this for me was most enjoyable event of the year:) I don't know why people get so much attached to 1 match... u mention that if someone play bad people start attacking... but they do same once someone played good as well...i think we all should realize that 1 match is nothing-sometimes there are no real decisions even in long match.
But what some players are showing playing match after match under 3 is amazing! I think the standart is becoming to high now... before few years once someone played bellow 4 was amaizng, now people expect all this guys to play bellow 2 each match:P:)Also having in mind that the whole world is watching you under microscope for sure add pressure!
I Would like to see this event next year with at least 16 players, you think lowering the entry fee to 500$ let's say will attract more people?
