no it is not outdate, it is actually pretty updated, this is why i take only last 50 matches of players, otherwise from some as Petko, Paul, Falafel and etc i have 200+. But for some players who are not regular i believe matches are outdated but not most outdated for exmaple than other rankings are(nothing against, i'm huge fan of Giants List).
I do include live matches(maybe20%, it differ from player to player, some have more live matches) but i include them only if i was recording or if i asked someone to send me all matches recorded somewhere, i do not include matches uploaded by players themself as most of them manipulate and post only their good matches. I believe i have some matches others people don't,as in every tourney i attend once i'm out i try to record as much as i can
Also a lot people complain that online matches are not something to relly on but in realitty when i did comparision to people's live vs online everybody was better online!Online two exceptions i found are Falafel and Petko
