In other words, say we start a computer generated pool with exactly the same players. X-1, X-2, etc. They are all exactly equally skilled because they all use the same neural net (or, if you are a human, they're all exact replicas of you).

After 100 matches, approximately 32% of the pool will have a record either below 45% or over 55%, 5% of the pool will have a record either below 40% or over 60%, and 0.3% of the pool will have a record either below 35% or above 65%.
