Dual-Duel match of mochy

Hitting creates that littler extra contact and flexibility for Ray in his future decision making process. Ray, would you have played this double 55 differently had you 12 checkers back? Moreover, would it have influenced your overall strategy? To the community, in the larger schemes of things, are there more cons than pro's to hitting?

IMO, both Ray & XG got this horribly wrong! A product of Mochy's decision not to hit, perhaps?

To all, what strategy would you adopt with 11 vs. 12 checkers? What is your strategy here?
