OK, Here's my 2nd guess: 20/15, 13/9.

I think the 9p is a better blocking point than the 4p, so that's my 4.

It's not that I particularly like my play of the 5 because it leaves the stragglers behind but at least it does move in front of stripped points and there is some duplication of 3s.
