I'd think that Karen needs to try to get as many more checkers as possible hit, in order to have good timing for this game. I don't know what the bot thinks of that idea, or if that's what it would try if you let it, but I'd do my best to prevent that from happening by making the 21 point on this turn, bar/23, 24/21.

In general, I don't want an anchor that I'll only have to break in a few turns anyway. Unneeded anchors are sometimes a pain to disengage from later. But I don't see that being a likely problem here, and anyway, this anchor does have a use--preventing inside hits that force me to send more checkers back.

BTW I am wondering how this position was reached, but I'm also not sure I want to know >>
