I am wondering how this position was reached, but I'm also not sure I want to knowSorry, too late, you've already clicked on my post and seen the diagram caption.
This is a choice between @ (anchor, bar/23 24/21) and P (Point, bar/23 13/10).The benefit of making an advanced anchor is that it frustrates White's aim of hitting on and slotting high points, which could give Blue the undesirable choice of hitting White's front checkers or letting her make a strong board.
On autopilot I might well play P, which has the obvious advantage of building a broken five-prime.
On a closer look, I lean towards @ because it makes White's 4s terrible, including 64 and 54 which are blocked by the midpoint (instead of being hit there).
@ = anchor (bar/23 24/21)Nack
