As far as the most dominant player in American sports history, no player has even come close to Babe Ruth. He was a dominating pitcher that held the World Series scoreless inning streak for 50 years and, more importantly, he was the best hitter, by far, ever. He used to hit more homeruns than entire teams. He changed the game of baseball.
