Here's a tough record to beat

An old friend of mine, Heather McKay from Australia, won 16 consecutive British Open Squash Championships from 1962-1977 and WAS UNDEFEATED during that entire time. Has anyone in any sport dominated his/her sport as much as Heather?

She was also a star in field hockey.

At age 40 she took up Racquetball and was the No. 1 player within 3 years.

She was also a perfect lady at all times.

In one National Championship finals, I was the referee and she was playing the reigning champion, Shannon Wright. Shannon pulled about every dirty trick you could imagine and tried to stretch the rules as much as any person who ever played the game. Heather smiled at her and actually laughed at her. Shannon lost it, and the match, to give Heather the Title.
