I am not sure I understand your comment.

Do you mean that Rios is actually cheating? If so, how does he cheat?

Or do you mean that he is rolling so well that if it had been online his opponent would have thought that Rios had to be cheating to roll like that?

I've seen similar recently in a live match when I lost a race where my opponent had 2 checkers on my 20p + a checker in the outfield (don't remember where exactly) when I was about to start my bearoff having borne all my checkers in. He then rolled 66 3 times in a row which I have never seen before and then he rolled a 65 and finished with a 44. I rolled a 33 myself but still lost the game comfortably.

I notice that Neil takes a break after the game. Is that to get anger/frustration out of the system or is it because Neil was getting tired and starting to lose concentration?
