Iguodala played more than 30 mins in each of the final games he did not start, so the comparison starter - non-starter is a bit misleading.

If you want to pick the best player on the winning team, you could look at the +/- stats (and maybe also consider minutes played). Maybe then you should give Iguodala the nod (I did not run through the stats).

Another way to look at it is to imagine the impact of removing single players from the roster and assess what that would do to chances of winning and entertainment value. Then it is clear that Lebron James has the highest value - take him from the Cavaliers and there is no contest and nothing worth watching.
