i was just in Europe the past few weeks and completely forgot about the Finals, I've been in Europe for during the World Series, Super Bowl and again never saw any of them, i watch Euro Sport constantly when i'm there. I dont have cable in America as I cant fade a commercial every 5 minutes or MORE during any sport.

It thinks its fair to say a small amount of Euro's do follow our sport, but not to the extent that it makes any talk and or screen time(very often) BBC news might cover whats going on for a blip.

I've spent about 18 months in the past 8 years in Europe, Tennis, F-1 and surprise football get most of the attention.
