ruling on premature cubing

If it seems you cube when your opponent has not completed his turn, you get a reaction that could provide valuable information to the cuber if he or she can retract his cube action. That is why the double should stand (and the rules are written the right way).
No reactions that are valuable after illegally playing a roll - so that does not matter so much.
