I have rolled this out at 7 ply for 10368 rolls.

This is simply not true. I suggest you read the XG help and learn the difference between an evaluation and a rollout. While 6-ply and 7-ply evaluations can be performed, there is no option contained within XG to perform 6-ply or 7-ply rollouts.

Sensible people rarely waste their time on 7-ply evaluations, let alone assume that they have some kind of mystical power.

Here the scale of the difference it reports is obviously absurd to all half-decent players.
