There are 216 rolls.

If all 3 dice are different then 6 - 2 - * and 5 - 3 - * hit which counting 6 permutations for each gives 48 hits.

If 2 dice are the same then 662 622 553 533, 44* hit which with 3 permutations for each gives 27 more hits.

If all 3 dice are the same then 222 and 444 hit.

There is a 77 out of 216 chance of hitting that shot.
