If people vote for 31 and themselves then it stands to reason that any particular person that I may believe should be 32-64.. will not be.

theoretically someone could be considered the 32 best player in the world by everyone (33rd for the people that end up making the final list) and that person would not be on the Giants 64 or Giants 256.
