In Response To: Cleveland ABT Official Invitation (phil simborg)

Joe states that they don't use clocks. That means, I presume, that clocks are not allowed even if both players want to use one? (Clock Exclusion) If so, fine if everyone knew beforehand!

Keeping with the informality I suppose, is it Baffle Box Option or Baffle Box Exclusion?!
