Definition of 'Gammonish'?

I've been trying to digest Kit Woolsey's excellent article "Five Point Match"

http://www.bkgm.com/articles/GOL/Aug99/fivept.htm

Kit mentions the word 'gammonish' a few times in his article i.e.

"..if the position starts to get gammonish it is now necessary to double."

Please can anybody she light on at what the consensus is for when a position starts to be considered as 'gammonish'? I could not find defined percentages anywhere.

So is it generally understood as when you have gammon chances of..

a) 15 - 25%

b) 25 - 35%

c) 35 - 45%

or

d) Some other, more specific range of values (please give your suggestion)

Thanks!
