This type of coverage is not everywhere possible. In many hotels networks are rather weak and cannot handle all that data that needs to be transmitted at high speed. Some places are better some are worse. Also, quite often, cost of "reliable" Internet is too high. This is like the egg/chicken paradox. We need good coverage to promote the game, but we don't always have resources to do the job. Some hotels want to charge big bucks for not so fast Internet and with so few watchers paying those premiums makes little sense.
