Nordic Open Report

It was a very well run tournament. Some nice features included:

i) They had 4 large screens in the play room to show the draw.

ii) The brackets were posted at drawboss.com and were updated quickly.

iii) For first rounds table numberings were used to quickly meet your opponent.

iv) Streams with commentary were live. You can go to http://www.nordicopen.dk/ and click on streams to see finals today.

v) The Denmark vs World event was fun to watch.

This is a very major tournament but no one had yet posted or asked anything about it. I did not realize bgonline.org is so USA centric.
